Taekwondo athletes' Christmas break and practice on the days in between

There are no evening exercises during the Christmas break, but those who are enthusiastic can still exercise

Christmas break for taekwondo athletes is celebrated 21.12.-5.1. In this case, exercises according to the normal lesson schedule will not be organized, but you will be able to practice if you have the kicking leg.

Traditional ham melting camp in the middle of the day

What: A camp for enthusiasts of all ages and levels
Theme: Combining skill training and sport training, mainly mobility and basic strength
When: Saturday 28.12. from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Schedule: 
Exercise 1 – 10:00-11:00
Break – 11:00-12:00 (small snack included)
Exercise 2 – 12:00-13:30
Break – 13:30-14:00
Exercise 3 – 14:00-15:00
Price: Free if you have a valid continuous training contract. €30 for others

Additional workouts in the middle of the day

Additional training is intended for all club enthusiasts, regardless of age and skill level. Come to the gym if you can't wait until the beginning of the spring season!

Independent practice

Representatives of competition groups and enthusiasts of adult groups can also go to practice independently during the break. Independent training must be booked separately by announcing the time at the counter or to the address info@taekwondourheilijat.fi no later than 2 days before the time of the training.
