Etsitkö harrastusta itsellesi tai lapsellesi? Tule mukaan kokeilemaan taekwondoa matalalla kynnyksellä!
Meillä voit tutustua lajiin rauhassa ja harjoitella kaksi viikkoa maksutta ennen päätöstä harrastuksen jatkamisesta. Aiempaa kokemusta et tarvitse – mukaan ovat tervetulleita niin lapset, nuoret kuin aikuisetkin.
Tarjoamme laajasti harjoituksia eri ikäisille harrastajille.
Tarjoamme myös perhetaekwondoa, jossa voit harrastaa yhdessä lapsesi kanssa. Perhetunnit ovat kurssimuotoisia ja niihin pitää ilmoittautua erikseen. Ota meihin yhteyttä mikäli kiinnostuit.
Toimi näin
1. Tarkista ryhmäkuvauksesta itsellesi sopiva alkeisharjoitusryhmä ja tule mukaan tunnille.
2. Pack your training bag and head to the gym
Harjoituksiin ei tarvitse ilmoittautua etukäteen, riittää kun saavut paikalle tunnille. Ota mukaan sisäliikuntaan soveltuvat vaatteet ja juomapullo. Kenkiä ei tarvita, sillä harjoittelu tapahtuu paljain jaloin.

3. Attend your first training session
Kun saavut taekwondosalille, löydät palvelutiskin läheltä ohjaajan, joka auttaa sinua alkuun. Jos ohjaajat ovat parhaillaan vetämässä harjoituksia, tule rohkeasti sisään – saat apua heti sopivan hetken tullessa.
Kun oman ryhmäsi harjoitus alkaa, voit hypätä mukaan ensimmäisiin taekwondotreeneihisi matalalla kynnyksellä.
Ensimmäisen käynnin yhteydessä saat myös:

aloittavan harrastajan oppaan, johon on koottu tärkeimmät perustiedot ja käytännön ohjeet harjoittelun aloittamiseen liittyen.
4. Tutustu lajiin ja treeneihin rauhassa 2 viikkoa sitoumuksetta
Ensimmäisten harjoitusten jälkeen et ole vielä sitoutunut mihinkään. Voit tutustua lajiin kahden viikon aikana ja miettiä rauhassa, haluatko jatkaa harrastusta.
You will receive the training fee in your email right at the beginning of the trial period, but only pay it when you know you will continue the hobby. The due date of the invoice is also the last day of the trial period.
