The last league competition of the spring takes place in Pori.
Pori Taekwondo organizes a league competition in the traditional Pori Sports Hall. TU11 is going with a slightly smaller, but very capable team this time.
The biggest team in the history of taekwondo athletes is together when we head to Nurmijärvi to compete in the Finnish Taekwondo Association's match league competition on April 13, 2013 at Maaniitun Koulu, at Heikkiläntie 27, 01900 Nurmijärvi.
There are 14 athletes in the team. It will be especially interesting to see if the one who does it gets back on the mat Teemu Heino opponents and whether any of them will challenge the multiple prize medalist.
The coaches are Sampo Pajulampi, Teemu Heino, Petteri Kauppinen, Juho Ranta and Juho Kostiainen.
Information for competitors
Registration must be done by April 5, 2013 at the service desk. See below for the correct series and weight class.
Participants in the league series must have the Finnish Taekwondo Association's training and competition agreement completed at the association's office by the day of the competition. All competitors must have the Finnish Taekwondo Federation license and valid insurance.
The competition fee is €30 in all non-league series (B1, C1, R1) and €40 in league series. Competition fees are invoiced by the club. In addition, it is good to reserve food money for the race. If you ride with someone else, it is polite to pay €10 for gas money per person.
Note: The competition fee will only be refunded if the competitor is ill and presents a medical certificate or the competitor does not have a series (is the only registrant of the series). Refunds are made against a written application during competitions or immediately after the competition.
The E, D, B2 and C2 series are played in a pool, the H, S, C1, B1 and R1 series in a cup system. In competitions

The team of taekwondo athletes mainly consisted of athletes representing our club for the first time. The tournament saw great openings from the representatives of our club. The more experienced Jaakko Saha and Megii Moullaev and the first-timer Eddie Quinones were the most successful. Especially Megii and Eddie progressed match by match. Jaakko only met his winner in the final. Jaako's rapid development and impressive main hits aroused wonder in the audience.
The Leskinen family consisted of father Sami and son Luca. Both were in their first matches and both fought well.
Sisu and Kasper moved to represent our club at the beginning of the year and competed in advanced D-juniors. Both have great physique and a lot of skill, but there is still work to be done in match performance. The bar should be set reasonably high, because both have prerequisites for anything. The coaches are Sampo Pajulampi, Teemu Heino and Juho Kostiainen.
This is good to continue to the spring league games.
