Almost 50 competitors in taekwondo athletes' indoor competitions

2.4. almost 50 athletes from their own club and from Vantaa, Espoo, Kerava, Nurmijärvi, Helsinki and Forssa sweated in the organized indoor competitions. The evening was quite busy and I didn't get to finish until well after nine.

As for the sleds, we started with a joint warm-up and then got into close battles. The large number of participants limited most of the matches to two or three, but the wildest ones managed to take five matches.

Finnish Taekwondo Federation's referee trainer Tatu Iivanainen was also present, this time mainly in the capacity of a coach. Tatu gave valuable tips on judging and our own judge Janne Rita got good sparring for the upcoming tournaments.

Thanks to all participants!

TaekwondoKim Sinisalo and the instructors of TU11 got the enthusiasts going

The first workout was directed by Sampo Pajulampi and focused on movement and combining different techniques with it. In addition, hand-to-hand saves played a big role. Both kids and adults got themselves moving briskly in their own sessions.

In the second part, Kim Sinisalo directed a practice focused more on match situations. The new innovative exercises provoked thoughts and gave everyone a challenge.
